Haddon Innovations provides fractional and interim commercial and operational leadership, supporting General Manager, COO, and Sales Director functions, for businesses at growth inflection points across Energy, Resources, Mining, Oil & Gas, Defence, and Infrastructure. Based in Perth, Western Australia, we work with asset owners and technology and services providers across the ANZ market, at the intersection of operations, operational technology, and commercial growth.
We work with two groups. Asset owners get the benefit of experience they don't have in house. Working together, we better understand needs, wants, and value, and the options available to meet them, right sized to the operation and its risk profile rather than a generic build. Technology and services businesses get the commercial and operational maturity that conservative procurement requires, the systems, certifications, and structure a buyer needs to see before they'll award the work.
The two sides reinforce each other. Understanding what an asset owner actually needs tells us the standard a provider has to meet. Having taken providers through that maturity tells us what the market can credibly deliver. We start by understanding the goal or challenge in front of the business, then embed inside the team to close the gap, whether that's a step up in maturity, a lift in revenue, a more stable pipeline, or entry into the ANZ market. We use AI to accelerate that work and reduce the capital and operating cost involved.
Recently, Haddon Innovations took a control room technology, manufacture, and fit out business through a significant jump in maturity, revenue, and utilisation, converting its main revenue sources from subcontractor to prime.
